Two ways to use AI with Locarë
Copy the prompt from Locarë's «?» and paste it into your AI: it reads the Help Center and explains, step by step, how to do each thing in the system. It doesn't see your data.
Connect once: the AI checks your portfolio when you ask — arrears, leases, calendar, maintenance. That's what makes the conversation useful day to day.
How to connect
«?» → Ask your AI → Copy the address.
ChatGPT: Plugins → Add → custom MCP server. Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
A Locarë page opens: sign in with your access and click Allow. Done.
Depends on your AI plan (custom connectors) — tested on ChatGPT Plus and Claude. The connector only looks things up: to act, the AI shows you the way in Locarë.
